Pair of reproduction Auricular frames

The first image shows the antique Auricular frame (smaller scale) in the foreground which was used as the model to replicate.  The pair of Auricular frames were hand-carved then gilded to match the patina and finish of the antique frame.  Further images show the various stages of the gilding and ageing process.
